This custom driveway was designed to serve both everyday function and recreation while elevating the home’s curb appeal. The original asphalt surface was replaced with a fully engineered Unilock paver system that performs under vehicle loads while seamlessly integrating a professional-grade basketball court.

DESIGN & MATERIAL SELECTION:

Unilock Beacon Hill Smooth in Bavarian was selected as the primary field paver for its clean lines and subtle color variation, allowing the driveway to feel modern without overpowering the home’s architecture.

A contrasting Copthorne Basalt was used to define edges, planting beds, and the basketball court geometry. All court lines—including the three-point arc and key—were precision cut directly into the pavers, eliminating the need for paint and ensuring long-term durability and visual clarity.

At the street entry, the driveway transitions into a Courtstone & Copthorne apron, adding texture and creating a strong visual threshold from the road.
